Does this compare to an RO / DI system meant for an aquarium? Would it clear all the purities out of the water for a mini reef aquarium? I keep purchasing water for my tank from a fish store and it is time I get my own system for my tank, and I came across the Watts Premier RO-Pure Advanced Filtration Process Reverse Osmisus System at a great price. But I do not want to put my tank into danger by using the wrong system.

can I use a wet/dry trickle filteration system meant for a saltwater tank for a freshwater tank?
my uncle recently gave me and my boyfriend his old saltwater tank and filteration system which i think is a premier wet/dry trickle filter with prefilter boxes. it has all the works, bio balls and everything. i was just wonder, since it was originally a saltwater system and tank and was used for salt water, can i just clean out the bio balls and system and use it for freshwater? I’m no stranger to freshwater just saltwater, any advice or helpful answers would be strongly appreciated.
I have a Watts Premier Reverse Osmosis Unit and i am trying to install a permeate pump on the system.?
when i add the pump it fills up the tank but when i turn the faucet on nothing comes out. Im not even sure im installing it correctly because the systems is different looking than all the diagrams Ive been able to find. If anyone has a diagram specifically for this system that would be great!!
